Add to chocolate ganache or homemade truffles. White chocolate is especially yummy with strawberry. Birch and Purchese pairs them beautifully in a block of white chocolate. Blitz some sugar with strawberry powder and use as a sprinkle over other fruits, teacakes, shortbread or biscuits.
Make your own confectionary-strawberry fruit jellies- without all the artificial colours and flavours. Make up a strong gelatine mix flavoured with strawberry powder and a little sugar to taste. Set in flat trays. Cut into cubes when set and roll in sugar, see above tip. This would work well with all the other Tastebom fruit powders.
Marshmallows also spring to mind when thinking homemade confectionary and sweet treats.
Mix in with bircher muesli, sprinkle over porridge.
Give your stewed apples some zing or add to an apple crumble.
Boost your homemade strawberry jam with even more oomph by adding a tablespoon to the mix, or maybe even some raspberry powder.
