Produced in Melbourne, our products are created using the freeze drying process which begins with freezing, followed by subjecting the product to vacuum to dehydrate it and remove the water.

Freeze-drying has the least impact on flavour and texture compared to other drying techniques, and as a result creates intensely rich in flavour products with a crunchy texture and vibrant colour to compliment your cooking or even as a delicious snack.
